At Spotminders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cutting-edge electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Spotminders account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
